A palindrome is a word, phrase, number, or other sequence of characters which reads the same backward or forward. 

Some famous English palindromes are:

• Madam in Eden, I'm Adam
• Never odd or even
• Doc, note: I dissent. A fast never prevents a fatness. I diet on cod

Even some names are palindromes like: 

• Hannah 
• Ada
• Anna 
• Bob
• Mom
• Dad and many other...

Even number have some palindromes, like 191, 313, 5885...
